Needlework inscribed, Sara Henley, 1742.
Mahogany, embroidered wool, painted stenciled paper on verso.
The screen is supported by a tripod base with a turned urn form
shaft and a pole surmounted with an urn form finial. The arris
carved cabriole legs have a triangular carving above the knees
and end on snake feet with pads.
Condition: In a remarkable state of preservation, minor losses
to wool, refinished.
